A small autonomous worker wired into the tools a company already uses (CRM, email, sheets, support tools, finance systems). It reads work, decides, and acts — with permissions, evals, and a human in the loop where it matters. It is not a chat sidebar.

Every Sydney sprint ships, end-to-end:

- The agent loop (model routing, prompt engineering, memory, tool use)

- Observability and audit logging from day one

Work runs on the customer's real data, not a demo dataset. Hand-over is a working agent in production, not a Figma file.

## Methodology

A 14-day sprint, five working days each side:

- **Day 1** — scope one workflow with the customer's operator. Pick the metric we'll move.
- **Days 2-5** — prototype on real data, in our environment.
- **Days 6-9** — wire into customer's tools, permissions, evals.
- **Day 10** — hand over with monitoring, runbook, and the metric trending.

After hand-over, optional managed-agent retainers are available.
